Max’s Tavern serves our a la carte menu made with local and fresh ingredients daily. 
Weekly $5 drink specials
Tuesday = prosecco, Wednesday = VT pints, Thursday = a red or white

Please call for a reservation for parties of 5 or more.  On peak weekends and holidays it’s suggested to call for a reservation for all party sizes.  Otherwise, please feel free to walk on in to Max’s cozy atmosphere with gracious and efficient service.  

We are located just 15 minutes outside of Woodstock or South Royalton, VT.

We are a non-device restaurant. Please – no devices at the table.
